We come to you. Cylinders, pumps, valves, and hoses pulled and rebuilt on-site — plus custom 304 & 316 stainless brake and hydraulic line fabrication in our shop. When a part's discontinued or the fix is tricky, that's the work we love most.
On-site removal, repair, and reinstallation — handled start to finish by people who actually pick up the phone.
Complete rebuilds done in-house — reseal, hone, rod re-chrome or replacement, and barrel retubing, then pressure-tested before it goes back on. Bore sizes from 1.5" to 12", welded to telescopic. We cut custom seal kits for obsolete equipment the manufacturer walked away from — cylinders pulled on-site, rebuilt, and reinstalled.
The work we're known for. We bend, flare, and fit custom 304 & 316 stainless hard lines to your pattern — double flare, bubble flare, or 37° AN/JIC ends with NPT, ORB, ORFS, and metric fittings. Bring us the old line or the whole machine and we'll replicate it in corrosion-proof stainless built to outlast the equipment it's on: classic-car brakes, heavy equipment, ag, marine, and one-off hydraulic systems. Hard lines or crimped hose assemblies, made in-house.
Gear pumps, piston pumps, vane pumps. Removal, rebuild, or replacement. We diagnose failures and get you running again.
Control valves, relief valves, directional valves. Troubleshooting, seal replacement, and spool repair to restore proper function.
Hoses crimped to length with the right ends — JIC, ORFS, NPT, and SAE. We also reclaim and adapt obsolete factory fittings when the OEM part is long gone.
When the part doesn't exist anymore, we make it — custom cylinder builds, adapter and port fittings, and reverse-engineered components reproduced from your sample.
